Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thesevenish.com (the “Site”), operated by Sevenish (“we,” “us”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site is a marketing and information site for the upcoming Sevenish app, including a waitlist you can join with your email address. The Sevenish app itself is not yet generally available; when it launches, your use of the app will be governed by separate terms presented in the app.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side.
• A waitlist spot is an expression of interest — it doesn't guarantee access to the app, timing, features, or pricing.
• Waitlist positions are personal and can't be sold or transferred.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to probe or breach its security, submitting false or automated signups, scraping content at scale, interfering with the Site's operation, or using it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Site and its content — including the Sevenish name, logo, design, text, and images — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Descriptions of upcoming app features, pricing, and launch plans are forward-looking and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sevenish will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.
